These terms apply when you buy from roblucas.co.za. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Who Told You Who You Are? (How the World Remakes the Self and How Christ Restores It) by Rob Lucas, published by Melkbos Fellowship. Paperback, 210 × 150 × 8 mm.

Prices

Pre-sale price: R180 per copy for orders placed up to and including Saturday 24 October 2026 (23:59, South African time).
From Sunday 25 October 2026: R200 per copy.
Aramex delivery: R90 per order, however many copies are in it.
Collection at Melkbos Fellowship: free.

All prices are in South African rand and are the full amount you pay. There are no extra fees at checkout.

The price is fixed when you start checkout. If you start checkout before midnight on 24 October and complete payment within 30 minutes, the pre-sale price applies.

Placing an order

You choose the number of copies and delivery or collection, give us your details, and pay through PayFast. Your order is only confirmed once PayFast confirms your payment to us. We then email you a confirmation. If something goes wrong with your order, such as a pricing error, we will contact you and, if needed, refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African payment gateway. You pay on PayFast’s secure page. We never see or store your card or banking details.

Delivery and collection

Pre-ordered books are available from Tuesday 27 October 2026. Orders placed from that date go out, or are ready to collect, within 3 working days. Full details are in our refund and delivery policy.

Cancelling and returns

You may cancel and return your order within 7 days of receiving it, as set out in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Your rights for damaged or defective books under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected. See our refund and delivery policy for how this works.

Your information

We use your personal information only to process and deliver your order and to answer your messages. See our privacy policy.

The text, images, cover and logo on this site belong to Rob Lucas or are used with permission. Please don’t reproduce them without asking.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything, email hello@roblucas.co.za. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to sort things out fairly.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
